We’re passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Every year we help thousands of people move home and we understand that you need to know what’s happening at every stage. Whether you’re a first time buyer or seasoned mover we’re here to help you.

Our specialist conveyancing teams have expertise in dealing with selling, buying and re-mortgaging freehold, leasehold and shared ownership properties.

Our staff work in teams to ensure that there is always someone available to discuss your case. Each team is headed by an experienced conveyancer, who in turn is supervised by a Licensed Conveyancer and ultimately our Head of Legal Practice. We will give you the names and contact details of your team when you instruct us.

Looking for reassurance from some previous customers?  Please review our excellent rating on Trust Pilot.

The national average from instructing a conveyancer to completion is about 16 weeks although there can be many reasons why transactions can be quicker or slower than this.  We aim to achieve completion as soon as possible and usually in less than 16 weeks.

For example, leasehold properties can often take longer due to the involvement of a management company and/or landlord. If you are buying a new property the developer will usually expect contracts to be exchanged within 4-5 weeks from the date you reserve your property, even though your new home may not be ready for some time.
